Leave & Absence

In absence of your ward to the school, please contact the school office to find out any valid information and clarifications.

Leave or absence from the school, without any valid reasons or prior written applications by the parents or legal guardian, may not be considered.

Parents should submit a medical certificate from a registered doctor if leave is taken for more than 3 days for any medical reasons.

In case of holidays declared by the Government of Tamil Nadu due to any emergency, like bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, parents are requested to follow instruction given by the government media and communication.

Students, who are ill (especially those who have communicable diseases like conjunctivitis, measles, mumps, chicken pox, etc.), should not be sent to school or to attend assessments or any examinations with high risk.

Pupil will be sent back home if there is any risk factor of ill health.
